Shipping policy

At Levé, we offer free shipping on all orders within the borders of South Africa. Please note that we currently ship within South Africa only.

Our standard delivery service operates from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We provide direct door-to-door delivery services within South Africa. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders from Johannesburg typically arrive faster as we ship directly from there. Deliveries to other locations generally take 2-5 business days, unless noted otherwise on specific product pages.

If you're in Johannesburg and would prefer to pick up your order, you can select the 'Collect' option at checkout. We'll then provide you with the pickup address in Douglasdale and arrange a suitable time after your order is placed.

Express Shipping is available for an additional R135 per parcel. If you place your order before 10 AM on weekdays, it will be delivered the next day. Orders placed after 10 AM will be sent out the day after next. Orders placed after 10 AM on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. If you need a delivery over the weekend, please contact us beforehand to discuss the cost.

Please note, choosing Express Shipping is at your own risk. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot control the courier's schedule and can't guarantee they will deliver on any specific date or time.

Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for delays once orders are with the courier. If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, let us know within 25 days. Claims for undelivered items will be considered void if not reported within this period.
